A Recipe: Dee’s Spinach & Cheese Quiche

The food feast rolled back around at my office and it’s now my turn.  I decided to try my hand at quiche.  The last time I made this I was like 12 or 13 for Home Economics.  It was a basic quiche but oh so yummy.  I’ve always wanted to do it again but just never got around to it until now.

This recipe is really easy and ya girl was a hit at the office.

Serving: 10

Ingredients

5 cloves garlic, chopped

3 pimento peppers, chopped

1/2 onion, chopped

1 bell pepper (preferably red)

I cup spinach

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

1 pinch salt

6 eggs

1/2 recipe homemade pie crust

Method

Roll out the pie crust in tray

Top with spinach.

Then cheese.

Mix together eggs, pimento and bell peppers, onion, garlic and salt .

Pour evenly.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
